What do you do?
As the Marketing Administrator, I provide support for all departments within the business. A lot of this work involves managing the administrative aspects of our marketing strategies by ensuring that our data is accurate and targeted to the people who are the best audience for our clients.
Most of our clients will know me from my involvement in the award submissions. I have overseen the award entry process across a wide range of sectors and will provide our clients with the best awards to enter for their business. This can dramatically increase their standing and profile, so great care is taken to align awards with clients.
When our clients branch out into physical marketing, I manage the arrangements for the promotional merchandise. Handling the process means that our clients do not have to be the ones engaging with external suppliers and I then provide the mailing lists for the relevant direct mail campaigns to bring it all together. Part of this work also involves me arranging print advertising in local magazines, Out-of-Home advertising for clients and sending out direct mail campaigns. This helps clients to become well known in their area and drive greater brand awareness.
Tell us a bit about yourself
I worked in retail before deciding to pursue a career in business administration. I completed my Level 2 Apprenticeship in Business Administration in 2018 and then went on to complete my Level 3 qualification the following year.
Prior to joining Imagine That, I worked for a B2B publishing company providing administrative support to their Sales Team. This experience served me well when I started at what was then known as JE Consulting but has since become Imagine That.
My core values are kindness, respect, integrity and creativity and it is these that I try to embody in all of the work that I do. It is reassuring to be in an environment where those values are shared by my colleagues as well.
What do you enjoy outside of work?
I enjoy creative hobbies like painting and drawing. I’m also a big Disney fan and love watching both new releases and the classics.
